1. Returns

We accept returns for physical products (such as CDs, vinyl, cassettes, and merchandise) under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as digital downloads and gift cards, are not eligible for returns.

2. Refunds
